Ycrh-AsP is the metal powder sintered porous filter tube with an asymmetrical pore (AsP) structure in the tube-wall thickness direction. The asymmetrical metallic membrane is fabricated by a special coating, or in-situ reactive technique via isostatic cold pressing and high-vacuum sintering.
1) Features
The outer surface of the filter element has smaller channels than the inner surface, so the probability of solid particles entering the through-hole is lower.
This element filter of sintered membrane combines high permeability and low pressure drop, so the system pressure difference increases more slowly, and the service life of filter elements are extended relatively.
The following types of sintered membrane can be chosen based on different requirements:
Asymmetrical membrane bonded to the metal powder porous carrier (co-pressing technique), membrane thickness: 300~500 μm
Asymmetrical membrane bonded to the metal powder porous carrier (coating technique), membrane thickness: 200~300 μm
Asymmetrical membrane bonded to the metal mesh porous carrier (coating technique), membrane thickness: 150~300 μm
Asymmetrical membrane bonded to the Ti porous carrier (in-situ reactive technique), membrane thickness: 5~10 μm
2) Properties
High shape stability
Suitable for high differential pressures
Thermal stability up to 800°C
High corrosion resistance
High permeability and low pressure drop
Small range of pore size distribution
Easily cleaned and back-flushed
Welding and machining are possible
3) Specifications
