Ycrh-SP-Hsr is the metal powder sintered porous filter tube with a symmetrical pore (SP) structure in the tube-wall thickness direction, and it has a High Surface Roughness (HSR). This type filter element is fabricated by traditional preparation techniques via isostatic cold pressing and high-vacuum sintering (some alloys are required atmosphere protection sintering).
1) Properties
High filtration accuracy: the accuracy range is 0.2 μm to 50 μm for liquid-solid filtration, and 0.05 μm to 200 μm for gas-solid filtration, respectively.
Uniform Pore Size Distribution: The sintering process allows for precise control over pore size, offering consistent filtration capabilities.
Excellent Mechanical Strength: Metal inherent strength ensures the filter can withstand high pressures and harsh conditions without compromising its structural integrity.
High Temperature Tolerance: Capable of operating effectively in relatively high temperatures, making them suitable for hot processes.
2) Specifications
Connection: thread, flange, flat pressing, quick connection, etc. The flat pressing fitting can be fabricated directly without welding with the porous part. And also, other type fittings can be welding with the pre-embedded dense body in the porous part to improve the connection strength.
Material Selection: 316L; 304L; 310S; 321, 904L; Hastelloy alloys; Inconel 600; Inconel 625; Monel 400; Nickel
