Metal Powder Sintered Porous Elements Ycrh-SP-Lsr

Description

Ycrh-SP-Lsr is the metal powder sintered porous filter tube with a symmetrical pore (SP) structure in the tube-wall thickness direction, and it has a Low Surface Roughness (LSR). This type filter element is fabricated by a special technique combined with isostatic cold pressing and high-vacuum sintering (some alloys are required atmosphere protection sintering).

1) Features

The outer surface of the filter element has smaller channels than the inner surface, so the probability of solid particles entering the through-hole is lower, the system pressure difference increases more slowly, and the service life of the filter element is extended relatively;

In the process of filtration, when the bridging solid particles are concentrated on the smooth surface of filter element, because the bonding force between solid particles and the smooth surface is smaller, the inertial collision of particles and disturbance effects of fluid will promote the gravitational settlement of particle deposition layer (filter cake). Thus, to a certain extent, the formation of filter cake was inhibited and delayed. The filtration system efficiency is improved and the energy consumption is reduced indirectly.

2) Properties

High filtration accuracy: the accuracy range is 0.2 μm to 50 μm for liquid-solid filtration, and 0.05 μm to 200 μm for gas-solid filtration, respectively.

Uniform Pore Size Distribution: The sintering process allows for precise control over pore size, offering consistent filtration capabilities.

Excellent Mechanical Strength: Metal inherent strength ensures the filter can withstand high pressures and harsh conditions without compromising its structural integrity.

High Temperature Tolerance: Capable of operating effectively in relatively high temperatures, making them suitable for hot processes.

Easy to Backflushing and Regeneration: The filters can be cleaned through backflushing, ultrasonic cleaning, etc., extending their service life significantly.

3) Specifications

Connection: thread, flange, flat pressing, quick connection, etc.

Material Selection: 316L; 304L; 310S; 321, 904L; Hastelloy alloys; Inconel 600; Inconel 625; Monel 400; Nickel
