Description

Ycrh-SSP is the metal powder sintered porous filter tube with a small diameter and symmetrical pore (SSP) structure in the tube-wall thickness direction. This kind of filter tube is fabricated by a special technique combined with isostatic cold pressing and high-vacuum sintering.

1) Features

The size and distribution of pores are adjusted by choosing the right metal powder particles. There are no adhesives added in the fabrication process. This kind of filter tube is very suitable for the applications of cross-flow filtration and separation process.

High shape stability

Thermal stability up to 650°C

High corrosion resistance

High permeability and low pressure drop

Small range of pore size distribution

Welding and machining are possible

Connection: thread, flange, flat pressing, quick connection, etc.
